2. Storage Services

Storage Harringay provides secure storage solutions for personal and business use. Our facilities are designed to offer safe and accessible storage options. By selecting a storage unit, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2.1. Unit Availability and Assignment

Upon reservation, users will be assigned a storage unit based on availability. The Company reserves the right to change the assigned unit if necessary, ensuring that the new unit meets the user's storage needs.

2.2. Access to Storage Units

Users are granted access to their storage units during the hours specified in their rental agreement. It is the user's responsibility to adhere to these access times to ensure security and operational efficiency.

3. Rental Terms

The rental period begins on the date specified in the reservation and continues on a monthly basis until terminated by either party in accordance with these Terms.

3.1. Payment Terms

• Billing: Payments are due on the first day of each month.
• Late Payments: A late fee will be applied to any payment not received within 5 days of the due date.
• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and direct bank transfers.

3.2. Security Deposit

A security deposit may be required at the time of reservation. This deposit is refundable at the end of the rental period, subject to the terms of this Agreement and any deductions for damages or unpaid fees.

4. User Obligations

By using our storage services, users agree to the following obligations:

• Ensure all items stored are properly packed and labeled.
• Adhere to weight and size limitations specified for each storage unit.
• Maintain the confidentiality of access codes or keys.
• Promptly notify the Company of any changes in contact information.

4.1. Prohibited Items

The storage facility prohibits the storage of certain items for safety and compliance reasons. These include:

• Hazardous materials such as chemicals, explosives, and flammable substances.
• Perishable goods like food items.
• Illegal items, including contraband and stolen property.
• Animals or live plants.

5. Liability and Insurance

Storage Harringay takes reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of stored items. However, the Company is not liable for loss, damage, or theft unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

5.1. Insurance

Users are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage for stored items. The Company may offer insurance options, but it is not a substitute for personal insurance policies.

6. Termination of Agreement

This Agreement may be terminated under the following conditions:

• By User: Users may terminate the Agreement by providing at least 30 days' written notice.
• By Company: The Company may terminate the Agreement for non-payment, violation of terms, or illegal activities.

6.1. Eviction

In the event of termination, users must remove all items within the specified period. Failure to comply may result in the disposal of stored items without further notice.

7. Privacy Policy

Storage Harringay is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. Personal information collected is used solely for the purpose of providing storage services and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

7.1. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

8. Amendments to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8.1. Notification

Notifications regarding amendments will be sent via email or posted on our official website. It is the user's responsibility to review these updates regularly.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Storage Harringay operates. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.

9.1. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.

10. Miscellaneous

The following provisions apply to the entirety of this Agreement:

• Severability: If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
• Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any clause does not constitute a waiver of that term.

10.1. Assignment

Users may not assign or transfer their rights under this Agreement without prior written consent from the Company.
